The User Conference is a gathering of the DocuWare community where you can get a fresh perspective from peers and team members on innovative and impactful ideas. There will be fun networking opportunities and educational breakout sessions on improving business processes and best practices in document management.

You’ll also be introduced to the current generation of DocuWare products and learn time-saving tips, handy tools and real-world applications that will help you make the most of DocuWare... every day. Rounding out the program, you’ll hear the latest trends in the Enterprise Content Management industry to help you gear up and be prepared for the future.

This conference is for business process leaders, operations managers, system administrators, and anyone using DocuWare. The sessions will provide content for all levels of expertise from novice to the experienced user. You will leave with new insight and practical knowledge you can put to good use right away. Tuesday, September 13
The User Conference begins at 4:00pm with a welcome reception, general session of speakers, and a dinner where you can meet and get to know other DocuWare users.

Wednesday, September 14
The day begins with breakfast followed by breakout sessions and ends with a networking dinner. The sessions are listed below. Please note that on the Registration Page you will be asked to select 7 sessions plus 1 of the Best Practices Labs.

Thursday, September 15
The last day begins with breakfast followed by informative and interactive discussion groups, closing with lunch at noon. We will provide a Grab and Go lunchbox if you need to catch an early flight or stay and network for lunch.

This lab is designed for the DocuWare User.
By attending this lab you'll experience some of the fundamental features to make your daily work with DocuWare easy and fun. Learn the different methods of searching, storing, importing, scanning and more. Increase your usage adaption with knowledge.

This lab is designed for the DocuWare Power User.
By attending this lab you'll experience the more advanced product training which will cover file cabinet configuration, permissions, dialogs, lists, and more.

Attend and hear general background on compliance issues and how DocuWare is part of the solution. This session will look at SOC2 (Cloud Security).

This session will look at the compliance issues facing every organization around HR documentation.

Plan a Seamless Migration from Fortis to DocuWare
It’s DocuWare 101 for migrating from Fortis to DocuWare. Learn new terminology and find out how to customize DocuWare’s user interface to your specs. We’ll cover best practices for running Fortis and DocuWare in parallel during a phased migration. You’ll also see how easy it is to test drive DocuWare with your own Cloud account.

Integrate DocuWare with Other Business Applications
The possibilities are virtually endless when you integrate DocuWare with your other business applications. Now you can find information from within your familiar programs without any programming needed. Attend and be introduced to DocuWare Connect to Outlook, DocuWare Smart Connect, DocuWare Import, and DocuWare Printer. With integrations you can do much more than just store and retrieve documents.

Scale Big
When many departments are using your document management solution, you can optimize your entire organization. This class is designed for advanced technical System Administrators. Attendees will get an overview of how to set up scalable and high availability DocuWare systems. We will discuss various examples that explain application server load balancing and high availability using a load balancing proxy. Local Transportation

Airport: Lambert Field International (STL)

Taxi service: approximately $40 one way

MetroLink Train: $4.00 from the airport, the stop is 2 blocks from the hotel.

Go Best Shuttle – Shared ride service/airport transportation: reservations are strongly recommended but not required for this airport shuttle. Click here or call (877) 785-4682. The cost is $25 per person one way or $45 roundtrip.

Parking: Valet Parking is onsite and available for $36.00 per day with in/out privileges. Self-parking options are available adjacent to the hotel at $26.00.

Participation fee

Register before July 1, 2016 - $445.00 per person

Register on or after July 1, 2016 - $495.00 per person

This per person fee applies to any number of registrants per company.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your registration at no charge up until August 12th. Between August 12th and September 12th, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. In case of a no-show without cancellation, registration fees are non-refundable.
